On your days off, where would we most likely find you?
You can find me at home cleaning up after a long week, shopping for ingredients for dinner, I love to cook!
Describe a time that you wanted to quit something you were doing, but didn’t.
I had just gotten back from college and was tired from competing as a track athlete; I took the summer off of training and racing thinking that I would quit the sport. Once the fall came I started training again, it felt great I was not ready to leave the sport. I'm so glad I did not quit, I went on in years to follow to compete at the World Track & Field Championships, the Commonwealth Games and Francophone's Games were I medaled!
Who is your favourite superhero and why?
I would have to say Wonder Women, in a world full of superhero men she held her own! She also flew an invisible plane!
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a teacher; I love kids and always wanted to help.
What is the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?
In 1999 I picked up and moved across the country to pursue my dreams as a track athlete.
If you were stranded on an island, what one item would you want with you?
Sunscreen, I'm very pale!
What is your favourite outfit to wear?
I love jeans and wear them often!
What was your favourite childhood television program?
Every Friday night my Dad and I would go to the store pick out a snack, come home and watch the “Dukes of Hazard" it was our ritual which I loved! I see the program now and feel sorry for having my Dad watch such bad TV but he did it for his little girl!
