Describe a time that you wanted to quit something you were doing, but didn’t.
During my dance life, I reached a crossroads with the discipline of ballet. My first inclination was to drop it due to the rigorous training involved but my teachers persuaded me to continue. I’m glad I maintained by ballet training as it has taught me about discipline and determination.
Who is your favourite superhero and why?
Invisible Woman from Marvel Comics! How cool would it be to be a member of the Fantastic Four and have the power to make yourself and others invisible?!! ... but to be honest, I don’t read comic books... I love reading “chick-lit” novels!
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be a dancer and perform in New York City. I also wanted to be an undercover cop. Eclectic... I know.
What is the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?
In December of 2009 I was scouted by PT Models and three weeks later I was living and working in Shanghai, China on a 4 month contract. I took quite a risk flying across the world by myself, especially when I had very little experience in the modeling industry, but I’m so happy I took the plunge, it is by far the greatest experience I have ever had.
If you were stranded on an island, what one item would you want with you?
I would definitely want my “Gilmore Girls” DVD collection with me... it would provide me with hours of hilarious entertainment until I was rescued.
What is your favourite outfit to wear?
My “go-to” outfit is a summer dress underneath a jean jacket paired with either flats or leather cowboy boots
What was your favourite childhood television program?
Without a doubt in my mind, Full House. Nothing beats the Olsen twins, Danny Tanner, Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey.
