On your days off, where would we most likely find you?
I can be found in a group exercise class followed by swimming lengths and a good steam. However, I could be found doing the complete opposite by being absolutely non-active and watching television at home. I'm also a foster parent for rescue dogs, so you might find me walking my dog of the month in a neighbourhood near you.
Describe a time that you wanted to quit something you were doing, but didn’t.
I wanted to quit playing hardball when I was younger because the league was becoming uncomfortably competitive. I stuck it out because I didn't want to let my team down and I was the pitcher for the championship game. I ended up finishing the game by striking out the best player in the league - What a feeling that was!
Who is your favourite superhero and why?
My favourite superhero is Superman, simply because he can fly and he is a very aesthetically pleasing figure to look at. He might not have the greatest personality or sense of humour in the world, but I suppose I like him because he can fly.
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I found a homework assignment from when I was in grade one recently, "When I grow up, I want to be a mom." Yes, of course it's still true, but no babies anytime soon.
What is the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?
Booking a last minute flight and traveling across the continent for a guy. Now for the surprise shocker of a dramatic ending with a twist (please, insert sarcasm here) - I really wish I hadn't.
If you were stranded on an island, what one item would you want with you?
If I were stranded on an island I would definitely need a cover up. I might as well be sun safe if I'm already stranded.
What is your favourite outfit to wear?
My favourite outfit to wear is my grade 5 spandex leotard from dance class, however its appearances are rare. Yes, I can still fit into it, and yes, tight and bright is making a comeback.
What was your favourite childhood television program?
It was the dream team lineup, featuring: Mr. Dress Up, Fred Penner's Place, Under the Umbrella Tree, and Join In!
