The agency does not assume any liability for health risks (e.g. risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2/ COVID-19) and any humanitarian or economic damage that may result.

Agency Fee: A 20% service fee, plus applicable taxes, will apply to all billings.

Cancellation Policy: On Confirmed Bookings: Within 24 hours - full fee. | Within 48 hours - half fee.

Full Day Booking: Is based on 8-hour day & includes a 1-hour break.

Half Day Booking: Is based on 4-hour day & includes a 30-min break.

Travel Rate: Is half fee

Overtime Rates: Time-and-a-half apply after 8 hours in-studio (up to 10 hours. After 10 hours, double time applies), after 10 hours on location (up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, double time applies), and on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Day rate is based on an 8-hour day.

Fitting Rate: 2-hour minimum for all showroom and fitting bookings.

Lingerie & Men’s Underwear Bookings: Applies for bras, panties, briefs, boxers, slips, pantyhose, transparent or translucent articles. Closed set required.

Model Expenses: Any expenses incurred by the agency/model i.e. flight, hotel etc. in relation to the booking must be paid within 30 days or will be subject to 20% agency fee.

Weather Permit: Weather permitting bookings must be specified at the time of option and conditions must be specified. 1st cancellation due to weather, rescheduled within 7 days, fee waived. If not, full fee. 2nd cancellation of the same booking due to weather, 1/2 rate. 3rd cancellation of the same booking due to weather, full rate. Cancellations on bookings, due to weather, without a rain date set at the time of booking, are subject to normal cancellation policy. Cancellations that are not a result of weather are subject to normal cancellation policy.

Options: A confirmed booking or release will be enforced for options when a secondary job is ready to confirm.

Model Releases: Must be approved by agent, prior to talent signing.

AI Usage: No Artificial Intelligence ("AI") use of a Talent’s name, image, voice, likeness, or performance without prior written consent of the Agency & Model. All AI requests require prior approval from B&M Model Management and may be subject to additional fees and compensation.

Usage Rights: Are limited to the specific rights granted (i.e. geographic terms, # of pictures, media etc.) and may not be extended without negotiations. Usage must be negotiated before the client uses the images. Additional usage outside of the negotiated terms must be negotiated before additional usage begins. Boosted social media (i.e. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads etc.) are subject to an additional usage fee.
